Fit for Friday Five

 I did not eat any cookies and I lost two lbs this week.  Not that those are directly related, since you can't lose weight by avoiding one thing, but both involved a lot of will power.  

Here's the whole week:

2/23  10 carbs.  1.5 hours of walking in three separate walks.

2/24   Not really sure, but about 54 carbs for the day.  That was Saturday when we went out to eat.   2.5 hours of walking outside.

2/25 9 carbs.  1 hour of walking outside.

2/26  11 carbs.  20 minute walk outside.

2/27   12 carbs.  40 minutes of walking outside.  45 minutes mucking out the barn (way sweatier than walking).    It was a beautiful day, really not like February in Wisconsin at all.

2/28  8 carbs.   35 minutes of walking outside and about 1.5 hours mucking in the barn (it's not done yet either). 

2/29 7 carbs.  22 minutes of zumba, 35 minutes of walking outside and about 20 minutes of barn mucking.  I'm tired.

    1. I'm really enjoying my walks with this warmer weather. It was almost 60 one day.
